After more than 30 years of singing, I came to recognise the power of music to reach people in ways words alone cannot. I also saw that lasting growth calls for clarity, self-awareness, and deliberate action.
That understanding led me towards coaching and leadership development. In September 2019, I became a certified speaker and coach through the John Maxwell Training Institute.
Today, I work with individuals and organisations seeking a clearer direction. My approach connects strategic insight, storytelling, and a belief in the value of intentional growth.
